It's overcast here so the photos may appear a bit dull, my other half took the top photo with his wizzy camera and I took the bottom one with my point and shoot so they may look quite different! I love this piece which was an amazing gift from an amazing lady BeckySC and it really is an education in stitches - Thank You so much Becky!
I've been pretty quiet lately and there are health reasons involved which I don't want to go into in public. I do feel I owe you an explanation though because there is a certain amount of quid pro quo with this blogging malarky. So there you go, a partial explanation at least, sorry I can't be more specific and sorry if I haven't been around to leave a comment on your blog as is the custom!
Hugs to you all, hope you are all having a good weekend? :)

Sue, are you a member of the Legacy Embroiderer's Guild BB on Yuku? (I'm guessing not, since you're asking this question, but I don't just want to assume). There is a Drawn Thread forum on there and loads of very talented and experienced stitchers - I'm sure someone would be able to help you. Email me to chat about it if you need to. It's MBA, so if you're not a member and don't want to join just to ask about this, I can ask for you :)
TIII is looking fantastic! :)
It looks good.
Hope the health issues soon disappear.
No idea about the DT chart issues, but I do hope you'll have some positive resolution regarding your health issues very soon. Your stitching looks fabulous!
Beautiful! Lovely work indeed!
It's gorgeous. Hopefully you can get a bit of direction with the drawn thread part. Drawn thread work is unsettling enough at times, I'd hate to do it and also worry the pattern was off. Good luck with finishing it, it's a beautiful piece with all the different stitches. Sorry to hear you've been having some health issues. Hopefully they are able to be resolved soon so that you're feeling better and can enjoy the upcoming holidays.
Sue

It's beautiful! Hope that your health issues resolve themselves soon.
Your blog is looking fab! I so love this time of the year. :)
Your Tocatta III is absolutely gorgeous!! You're nearly there - good luck with the drawn thread borders, I'm sure they'll look wonderful when you've finished them.
I hope you've been feeling better and enjoy December!
P.S. I'm a huge Mackintosh fan - I love the Mac Chair! :)
